Default passenger side clunk

'98 2door, 4x4, LS, 4.3L. In the morning when i leave for work i get a single clunk on the front passenger side when i use the brakes, it only happens that one time and no other, even having sat for a few hours at work. Replaced brake pads, ball joints, cv axle, sway bar bushings to no avail. Seems it only happens after sitting over nite.(i know sounds weird). Any ideas what to check. Thought maybe brake caliper but like i said it only happens that one time. Thanks, Tom
