poertrax locker into g80

Default poertrax locker into g80

ive been doing some research and wanted to get rid of the factory g80 locker as its worn out. i can get my hands on a powertrax locker for 150 bucks but wondering if it will fit into my g80 carrier with out removing it.

no the powertrax are for the open diff, i was also looking into that also

**** lol i hate the g80 got me stuck more then it got me out. i can ge tmy hands on a good locker but id have to find a donor vehicle with the open diff and swap it all over

That's interesting, I have a G80 in my axle and love it, locks rite up and does what its suppost to do, I even picked up a second one just for the heck of it. And for the price compaired to the others on the market, its just a no brainer to me.. I have heard that they do need to be rebuilt from time to time, still cheaper than all the others
