Possible 4x4 problems
Hi everybody,
My blazer started making this loud sound on a few occasions that would best be described as a growl when coming to a stop, then recently the sound didn't stop. It is definitely related to the speed of the vehicle rather than engine rpms since it changes pitch with speed. Some people told me to make sure my 4x4 wasnt engaged by seeing if I could turn the front driveshaft by hand in 2hi. I can't. My blazer is a 2000 2door if it makes a difference. I'm going to get my tires balanced today to see if it helps.
Thanks
After I turn the truck off and start driving again the sound goes away, then it'll come back at a random time, sometimes not at all
