Question Question on how to tell what type suspension...

Hi Guys I have a quick question....
Can you tell what type of suspension package you have by reading the VIN?

I want to know if I Have Premium Ride Suspension or the Touring Ride Suspension. Some how when it comes to AT Tires Chevy,GMC had two size type tires 70 series and 75 series for the stock 15 inch rim.. I wanna know before buying the tires and having the adjustment cause the tire has a .09 difference in hight and can throw off the speed on meter..

Any ideas need the Info Many thanks ....
