The only problem I would have is that it is my daily driver so I would have to try and get it done as quickly as possible

Billcar Engineering in Shrewsbury will replace the bushing with bronze, excellent results. Approx £100

Okay thanks, I will have to have a word with the bloke who is going to be changing both the pitman and idler see if he has got somewhere that he can put it while it’s being redone

Also, they are a bitch to remove so you will need a puller. I bought mine from eBay for about £8
