Default Rear Axle for ‘98 Chev Blazer 4 door

HELP I am the sorry owner of this car. Junking it here is not an option. The entire rear axle needs to be replaced. I took it to a mechanic in town who said he could replace it. He replaced it with the wrong one. The original had a Corona in the middle and the axle on the right side was cracked. He apparently sold my old axle
I don’t know what I need to look for. It will also need to be shipped to Ecuador.

there are no junk yards or Pick ‘n ‘pulls HELP PLEASE!

I have one from my 2000, but I can't imagine what it would cost to ship it to Ecuador. More than it's worth, I'm sure. There's a Facebook group I'm in that has a lot of members from Mexico and some from South America. If you use Facebook, you might try joining the group and asking there.

GMC S-15 GROUP / S15 S10 CHEVY

(Sorry, my browser won't let me post a link)

Default Rear Acle

Where in the US are you located. Someone recently was advertising a new Blazer axle still in The box for 18 years. It turned out to be for a Suburban. I don’t think that would fit.

my car is also manual shift.

what are the names of the Mexican group that you belong to? I Can search for the names.

thanks- Diane.

I posted the exact name of the group. You should be able to search for that.

It's not really a Mexican group, but many of the members are in Mexico. Good luck!
