Default Rear Brakes

I have an 02 Blazer with rear disk brakes. I need to replace the rear pads. It has ABS. Is there anything I should do different from changing the front pads? The manual dosent say if there is anything else besides using a clamp to depress the brake pistons after removeing the calipers.

You introduced air into the system when you opened the line. You need to bleed the caliper.
