Default Rear Locker

I have a 2000 LS 4x4 with the original open rear differntial and was wondering if there were any aftermarket lockers that I could install or if it would just be easier to pick up a used one out of the ZR2 with the posi?

Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks

The ZR2, like other so equipped s-series trucks, has the G80 eaton gov-loc (locker) which is pretty much regarded as a fairly weak locking differential.

You could put what is referred to as a lunch box locker into your open diff carrier. That would be the cheapest and easiest option as it would not require you to pull the carrier.
