Rear wheel shudder when pulling into parking spot

I have a 2004 Blazer that after driving 10 to 15 miles and pulling into a parking spot or my driveway, I feel the rear wheels shudder and engine acts like it wants to die. Any ideas?

enroberts is an unknown quantity at this point

Also seeing this issue but also happens when turning in either direction slowly. I just started a thread for this issue.
