Default Rear ZR2 shocks on non ZR2

I have a 98 Blazer LT 4x4 at stock height. Can I run ZR2 rear shocks without any problems? I was given some stock Bilstien's for the rear but they are for a ZR2. So can I just use these?

Thanks

I know people have used them after a shackle lift without issue but not sure about stock height sorry.

Thanks. I was hoping somebody would have either tried it or just say it won't work or it will work.

Anybody know for sure?

I just gave them back to him as I don't plan on lifting this thing.
