Default Reusing outer control arms bushing shells poly bushings

So the energy suspension poly kit I got for my 4dr 2003 blazer tells me to reuses the upper control arm outer shells and hardware, so can I just reuse the lower outer shells as well ? Ill burn out the old rubber and clean them out. Let me know what you guys think

It has been a number of years since I changed mine, but as I recall the uppers did not come with the sleeves whereas the lowers had the sleeves installed on the bushings. There was no way to get the new lower bushings out of the sleeves without destroying them. Ended up having to use a press with an assortment of sockets to get the old bushings/sleeves out of the lower arms and pressing the new stuff back in.

Wasn't fun but doable.
