Shake during first acceleration

I have a 1988 K-5 Blazer and have noticed that since I bought it there is a shake in the drivetrain during the first few seconds during accelatration.
It only happens when I first take off from a stop. If I ease into the throttle it does not happen. But, when I use 1/3 to full throttle from take off there is some kind of shake.
Could this be a trans mount or motor mount?
I have looked underneath to see if there is any obvious sign but do not see anything.
Any suggestions will help.
Thanks

I know that when I put it in reverse or drive from park it does hit pretty good which would make sense. I will pick some up and see if that does it.
Thanks for the advice!
