Default Shaky steering wheel

I recently put 2" wheel spacers all the way around on my '98 2wd Blazer to fit 20" Camaro SS wheels as you can see on my profile. Well while driving my steering wheel pulls from side to side every now and then and I guess it's cuz of the wide tires. But the main question I have is whenever I hit about 45-50mph my steering wheel shakes bad but then quits about 55+mph. And on a rainy day it shakes randomly but it's not constant. What would be causing this? Does anyone else have this problem? And is there a way to fix it?
