Default Speed related front end noise

I use my 95 blazer on a rural mail route and today it started making some noises coming from the front right wheel. The noise happens when driving straight down the road but goes away when veering or turning either to the left or right and it also goes away when the brakes are moderately applied. It started out as a "creaking noise" when rolling up to the mail boxes and more of a "chirp" when going faster. It's been 10-20 degrees the last couple days and yesterday I drove through quite a few snow drifts. I have no idea if that has anything to do with it but this just started up all of a sudden this morning. Any ideas out there?
