Default Squeaking while driving

I have this irritating squeaking sound coming from the front end. It will do it while driving down the road, getting in and out of the vehicle, pushing down on the front end and it also does it when you moving the steering wheel back and forth when stopped. I've gotten down there and hosed down every bushing I could find with lithium grease, wd40...you name it. Any ideas?

We have it to, think it's the spring or something. Everytime you get out of the car it makes noise

This sounds like the same problem I am having and it is really frustrating. Has anybody been able to solve what the problem is yet?

Dry or old sway bar bushings possibly? I had a Caravan that was terrible for squeaking sway bar bushings and it drove me nuts.

Ok so I've been outside looking at my car for a little bit (I'm not a mechanic by any means but am very handy and can fix anything if given directions) and I greased up my torsion bars because they seemed really rusted. One thing I noticed is that when my car was on jack stands no matter what I did I could not get it to squeak like it usually does. After greasing the torsion bars and putting the blazer back down I realized the noise is coming from directly behind the front driver side wheel. I took the wheel off and noticed that on my shock the piece that protects the silver bar was pushed all the way up so that the silver bar was exposed. Could this be what is causing the squeaking because maybe it got rusted or no?

Also I have a 2000 LS Blazer 4x4 in case anybody was wondering.

Still havent been able to figure this one out. I did notice that now if your sitting still if you move the steering wheel back and forth it squeaks then as well.

Have you greased everything that you can? Inner/outer tie rods, pitman/idler arms, ball joints, etc?

sounds like a ball joint or tie rod end. They are probably low on grease an you are hearing metal on metal wearing on each other
