The normal 2nd gen S-series Blazers don't come with a steering stabilizer. There is a mount on the frame where you can mount one but the drag link doesn't have a hole for it. There are ways around that if you want a steering stabilizer.

I believe that the ZR2's, or at least some years of them, came with steering stabilizers from factory.

I'm not sure how much of a difference you'd notice... I haven't done it myself. My brother put one on his Crew Cab S10 and he says he loves it. YMMV.

Blaz opted to get the stabilizer with his RC 2.5" lift and said he noticed quite a bit of difference.

And yes, ZR2's come with them from the factory, so I don't know what it's like to not have one

They may have been an option but I really have no idea. Easiest would be to just look to see if you have one.
