Default Steering / Wheel Issue

I have a 2000 ZR2. My right front wheel sticks out significantly farther then my left front wheel. I never noticed until I got new rims and tires and only the right side rubbed. I also replaced my lower ball joints and hub assemblies. I got an alignment as well, but the right wheel still sticks out at least another inch. I also measured my new rims and the offset is the same. What would cause one side to stick out farther then the other?

Also, when I turn the steering wheel to the right while sitting the nose end of the blazer dives down. Nothing happens when I turn it left. Is this normal because the steering column is on the left side?

Don't really know why your wheel sticks out further, but the nose of the vehicle should dive down when you turn it both ways... The only thing I could think of is if someone put a 1'' spacer on the front wheels and forgot to take the right side one off(or couldn't).

or the truck was hit and not fixed right..not sure if you had it since new...the wheels should sit equal on either side...
