stuck axle nuts

Nope. The inboard end of the axle goes into the differential. If you hammer on the cup, the shock goes right into the differential. If the axle is seized in the hub, partially remove the hub. That will pull the axle away from the differential. Then use a wheel puller. The ram bolt fits into the cup. As the axle moves inboard, pull the hub outward. Gotta keep clearance between the end of the axle and the differential.

bearing bolts were removed so there was freeplay on axle to the differental - I had destroyed a puller before i installed press

i have pushed axle in about an inch still cant get hub to break lose is there some kind of puller to put on to pull it off

A VSP, (variable swinging press) works well, (aka a BFH). Might try some PB Blaster, and or heat. Make sure you have all three bolts removed from the hub
