2000 4.3 4wd blazer what should be replaced when redoing all of suspension?

What do you mean by redoing all of it?
You can replace just shocks and bushings which would take care of the main points. Or you can also replace the controls arms, rear leaf springs, shackles and all the bolts associated. That's a pretty loaded question and depends on how much you want to spend.
