Your blazer probably has 3.42 gears right now. The zr2s have heavier differentials and 3.73 gears. The gears and difs you have now will be fine with 31s. 4.10 gears would be ideal.

My blazer had 3.73s and with 31s I had no complaints. If I was swapping gears I would go fo 4.11s

i dont know if we are allowed to ask this (not sure about the rules) but my blazer (1999) 3.42 gears with the slip on cv axles (not the bolt on).

if you can figure out if your blazer has 3.42 i would be intrested in a few parts off the passenger front diff axle

the clutch sleeve and clutch gear and prob the spacer

the boneyears here want to sell you the whole diff when all i need is a couple parts in it.

if i were to get the parts new from gmpartsdirect they want almost $100

anyhow i would be intrested from anyone really to get the whole passenger side axle asseble (not inc the cv joints)
