got rid of my loud clunking today as the alignment shop found the rear supports for the torsion bar was metal to metal really shot, replaced them and did an alignment and no more noise. He said he had a hard time with one as it has a stud that has to be cut to get it out but the replacements have bolts to reattach so it was money well spent. now just have to find a rubber rear window latch to fix that squeak and it will be like a new one all over again. Case closed! Thanks for the help

im sure all the answers you need have already been given, but just wanted to say i picked up universal 33mm greasable sway bar bushings from advance today along with the linkage bushings. all polyurethane from energy suspension? i believe...the linkage bolts and bushing might bee moog.
just spent the last day and a half replacing all the bushings in my front end............and finally no more sqeeks or clanks (control arm bushings where gone)

having the next generation S-10 from mine you have stabilizer links where as mine has bushing at the end that bolt directly to the under side of the A-Frame as well as bushing that attach to the frame.
