Default sway bar install problem.

I've changed my lower control arm on drive side. Front of blazer. I've managed to get the control into place but the sway bar does not reach tha LLCA, I can't put tha screw wit bushings back on. Can somebody help me please. Do I have to Jack it up or I don't kno?

Also me & a street mechanic took the LCA off without unloosening tha torsion bar. I did unscrew the bolt to the torsion & tried lifting it up wit a torsion tool but he showed up & showed me a different way. & I'm gonna see if that's the problem.
