Angry swaybar end bushings

Ok here is the problem. I already tore into my swaybar end bushings once and the parts store gave me the wrong ones so I put it back together and went and got new ones which are the right ones. I am wondering if there is an easier way to get them off and on because the when I did this the last time the bracket was a real pain to get back on! So what I am wondering is would it be easier to just take the tires off or just jack it up and go? Please help going crazy! Need my truck I live in South Dakota and well if you know anything about SD you know why I need this soo bad! Thanks to anyone that can help!

the front or rear sway bar? not sure if 1st gens have similar sway bars as 2nd gens but, its not that difficult to remove or put them back on. at least on my blazer... if you want to make a quick connect you can drill a hole in the end link bolt put a codder pin on top of a wing nut...
