Default T-Bars

When a person cranks the t-bars to get a little lift and they forget how many times they turned them how do you return them back to the normal position? Is there a measurement or something that can be done or do you have to take them to a shop and have someone do them?

you dont have to take it to a shop only need a 18mm socket and crank them down. just measure frame infront of rear wheels and behind front wheels and make the measurements the same to level it. but if they where already lifted, when u crank them down u might want a front end allignment.
