Default Thud

I've been through the old posts and have yet to find an answer to my dilema. I'm getting a loud thud when I hit a bump. Definatly worse on the passenger side. I have replaced the lower ball joints, shocks, and adjusted the Z trim(ride height). Looks more aggresive but it hasn't resolved the problem. The other suspension parts appear to be in pretty good shape. This is driving me insane. Please send other suggestions.

Is the noise coming from only the front end and does it happen as you hit a bump or as you come off the bump?

More like when I hit the bump. Almost appears to be when the suspension has risen to its highest point. Noise is only in the front end and sounds like metal hitting. There are no signs of metal on metal strikes or rubbing. I checked to make sure the battery was sucure and not bouncing around and it is definatley secure. It has baffled me so far.

Search for hood hinge, I had the same noise and thought it was the front end till I read the post. I folded a rag and put it at the passenger side hood hinge and it solved the problem. If I remember there is a washer that can be replaced
