Default Tie rod help

Ok so I have a 2000 s10 blazer with a superlift suspension lift on it and it drives like crap! I know its way out of alignment and i thought the tie rod ends and ball joints were out but thats not the case. I have a lot of play in my steering wheel and i noticed that when i turn the wheel, my inner tie rod joints are moving up and down instead of side to side. Its like i need to lower them down or something. Please let me know what to do because i have no idea and it sucks because i cant even drive my new blazer :/ thanks

pitman and idler arm are probably shot. i had a idler go barely out on my fullsized truck and i was wondering why this thing is all over the road. but yeah if your moving the wheel with the truck on the ground and can see the inners going upward thats the problem
