Default Tie Rods and Alignment

good evening Blazer Forum readers and advice techs. my question for you this evening is the following; can I adjust tie rods myself to improve alignment? since it seems that made a grave mistake by trying to readjust them myself. I had major front-end damage on my vehicle some months ago and was able to replace the Hub, the sway bar suspension stabilizer and the outer tie rod on the right driver side. the cause of the damage was the lower control arm ball joint failure which has since been replaced on the upper and lower arms. however during the ball joint failure, the whole tire and rim almost fell off the vehicle (while skidding between 20 and 50 feet) causing some slight damage (but was still able to install the stabilizer pin) of the lower control arm on the bottom, bending the lip back. I need to assets the damage from the body mount area before I go thru a major over haul such as full front and rear end or awd swap. Until then I still need to drive the car but it's drastically toe in and i don't know what I did to mess it up. All I know is that when I tried to remove them to inspect I didn't put them back on the same. I think I drove over some huge speed bumps and hit about 20 pot holes. Now the centerline is showing contact with the front support beam.
you don't want to do this work if the body mounts aren't worth saving. I'm prepared to go with the full Bell Tech stage 2 ,3 inch drop kit replacing the drop spindles, nitrous shocks with the EBC rotors and pads and I need to replace a brake line. what is ultimately replacing the full fronts end. I need to repair the car so I could drive. which means replacing the lower control arm on the drivers side probably swapping out both new hubs I don't wanna replace the coils but I might have to replace the shocks I will replace the rotors and pads as well I'd like to paint and refurbish the calipers. I will end up just replacing the lower control arm, bushings and painting the lower control arms and upper control arms if that's what it takes to make it look nice. Do I have a chance?
