The wheels are actually visually tilted in from the bottom(camber).

Like the bottum of the wheels are closer together then the top of the wheels? If its like that id say you have some bad ball joints.
My blazer had bad lower ball joints and the outside of my tires started to have really bad wear and i only had like 2000 miles on the tires.

If you go get it aligned generally they can tell you if somethings going bad likebearings, ball joints etc.
