torsion bars

i was wondering if they lose there spring over time?

cause in my 91 s-10 blazer it feels like when i go over rr tracks it dives on the passenger side

That could also be a result of worn out shocks too. Especially if the suspension is really soft and bouncy.

every thing has been replaced on that side of the truck

shocks,rotors,calipers,ball joints u/l,upper control arm bushings and hubs

I'm going to hyjack a little and ask a stupid question of where can new torsion bars be bought? I've been doing some searching and nothing comes up for the bar(s) itself for anything S10 related.

Just to set the rechord straight a spring does not loose its spring over time as the Youngs modulus never changes. Ref: Machinerys Handbook. The free length or twist angle may change, but rate, no.
