Default Transer Case Rebuild

i have a 96 Blazer 4x4 and the transfer case is leaking really bad. im either want to rebuild it or just get a remanufactured one. is the case hard to rebuild?

They are not particularly difficult to rebuild. You may be able to get away with some new seals though. Where is it leaking from?
