Is it hard to change the fuel filter?

yes and no. If its not seized, no. If it is you have to put a new end on the fuel line.

There is NO substitute available for GM Autotrak fluid. NONE. Use any aftermarket fluids at your own risk. Improper fluid could end up causing the clutch pack in the transfer case to fail prematurely.
