Default transfer case fluid

Anyone got a trick for filling the transfer case? Mines a real pta! I did get the right fluid auto trax 2 for my 01 zr2 blazer ls with 4 button push. The hole is so small and hard to get anything up in there to fill it

I drilled a hole in the lid and threaded a hose nipple on the lid, Attached a clear rubber hose on and squeezed the bottle. It worked great and I did not spill a drop. I got the hose nipple off of an old lawn mower engine.

Getcha some fuel hose,(i cant remember the size i used, but the diameter needs to be big enough that you can fit the quart of fluid in it and it not slip out)

You need it to be about 4ft long. If you look at the torsion bar cross member you'll see 1 or 2 holes about a inch big in the center, run the hose through it,into the tcase. now wedge your bottle into the hose and squeeze. Reason for the long hose it lets you get above the tcase and you'll have more room behind the crossmember to do that.

Tcase fill SUCKED. i wont do it again for the life of my blazer lol.

I recommend getting a transfer pump. I bought one from harbor freight and it worked awesome. Pumped 2 quarts in and only had a little leak from the fill plug. It took me all of maybe 10mins to do.
