Default Transfer Case leaking from Rear Seal

Hey guys I have a 99 ZR2 and the Rear Seal in the Transfer case has been replaced twice but it still drools. This thing has the NP208 option..4 Switch or Auto 4X4 Switch on the dash. I understand there is a bushing in the Tail end of the Transfar Case that goes bad and causes this problem. Can anyone shed some light on this please? I understand it's not a difficult job to do but the Bushing is pressed in/out. Help...

if its the 4 button it will be the np236 autotrac transfer case, and in some cases there is a sleeve that can be installed over the yoke shaft and supposedly stops the leak due to the wear on the yoke connected to the drive shaft, i have not used the sleeve, but the are avail. at most autoparts stores....or go to a pick and pull yard and get a used one with no score or wear line, would be a good time to replace the u joints also...
