Default transfer case vacuum lines

I have a 1991 S-10 4X4 2DR and am struggling to get the 4WD working. I'm pretty confident it's the vacuum lines between the transfer case, diaphram, switch. My problem is I need a vacuum line routing instructions for idiots with crayola crayons. The descriptions I've found on here so far are not specific enough. There are 3 ports on the tranfer case switch and I need to know specifically which ports line goes to what specific destination. Which switch line goes to the intake manifold vacuum port, which goes to the diaphram under the battery plate, and which one is the vent. I'm pretty sure right now they are hooked up wrong. Thanks
