Default transfercase

Hi. I need a little help im trying to upgrade my NP 208 transfercase to a NP 205 transfecase, it will bolt up to a 700R4 trany and this is were i get stuck. Im not really sure what i need for this upgrade.i know it wont bolt right up to it but thats about it.any help would be great thanks.

Call Advanced Adapters.
Google them.
I am not positive, why I want you to call Advanced.
However I dont think the 205 was ever offered behind a 700R4. you may have to change the output shaft on the tranny (have to disassemble tranny to do this, and that means taking it out of the truck), or you may be lucky and just buy an adapter from Advanced Adapters.


Edit: I did a google serch for NP205 to 700R4.
According to hte artical, the NP205 was never bolted up to a 700R4 from the factory.
