U-Joints

I want to change my rear u-joints... the truck has 151,000 miles on it and I doubt they are originals BUT if they are is there anything special I have to do?

Had them done, went to NAPA and got the best ones... Still had the originals on @ 152,000 miles...

They were for the rear not the front axles... the fronts still look good...
