Default Unusual lean?

hey guys I'm new to the forum and have a question that I for the life of me have not been able to figure out. I have noticed an unusual lean to the passenger side of my '03 blazer. I've measured the wheel wells and the passenger side sits about an inch and a half lower than that of the driver's side. If you have any recommendations or suggestions on what I should look at first I would really appreciate them.

The torsion bars can weaken over time. You may be able to level it back up by tightening the adjusting bolt at the back of the passenger side torsion bar (see the t-bar crank how-to in the Tech Article (DIY) section), but if not, you will have to replace it.

would this cause the rear end to sag as well? I'm noticing the lean throughout the entire passenger's side of the truck.

I have the same problem, only on my driver's side. Both the torsion bar and leaf spring are weak. I have noticed this happening alot on older blazers.

You could have a broken spring in the rear leaf spring pack or just weak springs.
