Upper control arm 4x4

My front driver side control arm busings are shot, just wondering if that would cause it to sound like the tire is off balance and the tire to wear like the upper ball joint is shot?
I got the truck on stands right now and im doing the upper ball joint on the safe side... Bought a cheap pair a year ago and have my tbars cranked so im swapping them before the harsh winter im assuming we are going to get... Gotta love Canadian winters...

So changed the ball joint... It needed it.... But that noise is still there... It's like a.... Waaa waaa waaa...
Was thinking the cv joint, but I got no clicking when turning, and the sound is straight and turning more so turning left. Got my control arm bushings coming in tomorrow so hopefully that's my issue.
Any thoughts?

Does the sound you hear change with the speed of the truck?
If so it might be a wheel bearing/hub. this could cause the symptoms your seeing. One way to check these are to pull the wheel off, pull the brake rotor off and see if the hub spins smooth. if it feels notchy or has any play in it the hub is bad and must be replaced because they are sealed.

So far the sound just get louder the faster I go... I checked the nut and it was tightened pretty tight, loosen it off a little and it wasn't as loud but still loud. Im assuming the damage was already done and now im back to square one with the hub. Thank you. I was hoping it was something else.

If the sound changed when you messed with that nut I would suspect a bad hub bearing. When you change the hub I would suggest Timkin bearings and I believe the correct torque for that nut is 103 ft/lbs.

So I ordered the hub. Cost me 55$ free shipping from primechoice.ca comes from Ottawa which is just a few hours from me so I'll be getting it within the next day or two...
Thanks Chuck for the torque for he nuts. I grabbed a torque bar to make sure they are done right this time. Im assuming that the mechanic at the shop I USED to go to didn't pay any attention when he did that side... Im surprised they both didn't go as I got them done at the same time. I will keep updated once my bushig finally come in from crappy tire and I get the hub in.

So I found this document by transbec inc. that give a crap load of torques for all kinds of makes and models front CV axle nuts. According to that chart, it says that they should be at 103lbs torque. My hub just came in so im on my way home to install it. Post some pics after.

So the problem is now fixed. My hub bearing was off centered about 1-1.5 mm(a **** hair). I took a couple of pictures of the work but none after I got the hub installed and everything back together... Alot easier then I was expecting. But really being taken apart 3 times in the last few months I don't think I should've worried about it.
Next task is the bushings, passenger upper ball joint, idler or pitman arm (got one done when we got the truck) and sway bar links(just because they came with the kit and im tired of seeing one red and one blue).
So far every part I got from primechoice.ca(.Com as well) have been great for a cheap budget fix. Hub was 55$ after taxes with free shipping. And I picked up a kit (85$) which included:
-upper and lower ball joints(all four)
-Sway bar links
-Idler arm
-Pitman arm
both free shipping and in Canadian $
