Default vibration

I have a 1999 chevy s10 blazer 4x4. It recently started making a humming/vibration noise. seems like it is coming from the front end. more noticeable when driving straight. It quiets down when turning left or right when driving down the road or hwy. and is more profound when coming to a stop or first pulling away. I have directional tires on the front and one of those tires is facing in the wrong direction could that be the cause of the vibration/humming sound? I don't have access to tools to change tires around without having to pay someone to switch the tires around. Wanted to ask someone here before spending the money and that not correcting the problem any help is much helpful thank you.
