Default vibration/wobble

I have a 01 blazer ls zr2. There is a vibration under my feet all the time driver side and the driver side wobbles at speeds 30-50 then goes away but the vibration grinding feel does not. I've had the tires balanced and rotated but didnt change. Brakes are fine. Could it be the cv joint or wheel hub bearing? No play in tire or noise turning left or right to indicate one or the other. Its same all time

Drive it for a while & then feel the center of the front rims. If one is hotter than the other that could be an indication of a hub bearing assy going out.
Also you may have fluid in the vacuum line leading to the front transfer case actuator & it's causing the front diff to partially engage. Or an issue with the controls for it, again causing the front diff to partially engage.

No play in tire means you've lifted the front end & tried the NS EW movement on the tire?

+1, try it in 4x4 to see if it goes away.

Thanks I'll try it in 4x4 and feel if one wheel is hotter. But the vacuum makes sense. If it does have fluid in it how do I fix it?

hey i have a 99 with the similar problem. i put in the new head gaskets and when i tore it all down i ripped the vac line going under the battery box. replaced it but still feel the vibration. i cant get the 4x4 to engage but i have the sneaky feeling its partially engaged hence the low fuel milage and the vibration. if the vac did have fluid from me degreasing the compartment before fixing the line whats the best way to get rid of it? i drove it around for a week or so open hoping anything in there woould dry out but who knows.
