ZR2 LSD unit

Default ZR2 LSD unit

Hey, i know the ZR2 posi unit is different gearing, but can you put the regular jimmy gears onto the ZR2 posi unit and install it that way? or is it completely different?


This is Londonmazda not dave c... he left his account logged in here i guess. lol

The ZR2 has the larger 8.5" ring gear 10-bolt rear axle while most of the other normal s-series vehicles have the 7.625" ring gear 10-bolt axle. Different housings, carriers, and gears.
