Thanks, haha, i need a bit more snow it wasnt slippery enough so the end of that was a little sloppy, didnt get enough rotation...I also smoked my first snowbank last night in about 3 years trying a different move.......go into the corner in revers, 180 into a drift around the corner.....and then finish it with a move similar to in the video, only instead of spinning in the same direction as the drift, i do the spin the opposit direction of the drift. I had it all down perfect until the last spin, i was to close to the curb on the right to make the entire rotation and got right up on the snowbank.....thats when i love 4x4, its like an instant get unstuck button! haha........and ya zedartwo the first time i ever did that was by accident!, i was in traffic, 2 left turn lanes in the outer lane in my older s10..with manual steering which is more of a pain....over rotated and was staring at cars coming at me...all that was going through my head was, **** how do i get out of the way.and i guess my reaction was to spin back around, dont even remember doing that...................speaking of ice...again in my s10, driving through residential area, hit a section that was just COMPLETE ice just at the end of a long turn, i was only doing 50kmh and the back end slid out...i went straight down the road, amazed that i didnt hit a curb or anything, and did 2 complete 360s, and then about an extra 90.ended up sideways on the street RIGHT at a 3 way intersection, cars the other way had stopped, i was so embarrased at that i literally just put it into reverse and back up down the side street. haha, was scary, all 4 wheels locked up doing two 360s going that slow..haha

Haha yea some instances still scare me a little.

Good news, I did some filming today. Bad news it sucks. I bought one of those bendy tripods and put it on "the best handle ever" above the glove box and its waaaaaaaaay to shakey. Cant even tell I'm drifting. Found some good spots on the way home from the mall tho so I've got lots of potential.

Haha. I know camera stores have suction cup pods that you could suction to your roof, hood, fender. I'm not too keen on letting my camera get that close to death tho. Save up a little dough and grab a GO PRO HD They are awesome camera. Heres a vid of the footage

standard def or high def?...I dont know how much more of a deal they are compared to getting them straight from them outta the states, better for us canadjuns becaues wont get hit with duty (Which on electronics can sometimes be alot)....i know i can get the standard def w/ helmet mount for about $130...i have to check and see how much just the camera would cost or anything else. so for canadians might save a few bucks, but for the guys in the states probably cheaper to just get from www.goprocamera.com .... i wish i could get a better deal, but its from a canadian distributor (N) BOO...give me a few days i might be able to set up and get them direct

Ok guys, been a while since i had some snow here and the streets are pretty dry, got a bit of a dusting tonight and wish i couldve made it out, hoping it doesnt get sanded to much or dry up to much before i make it out tomorrow.
Got another clip here to go into the film, gotta go back with a bit more snow and get going around it like 3 times in a row. I actually smoked my first snowbank in 3 years that night, and it kinda threw me off a bit for the rest of the night, so i was a bit edgy and called it a night early and didnt get some of the stuff i wanted, but better to be doing this stuff when your 100% confident

was in a new subdivision scopin things out, they have a spot wher all the streets are in, but no houses, street lamps arent turned on, and nothings plowed and had huge snowdrifts, was super fun to romp around in there but nothing film worthy.
Until next time when i get out!

Thats like the one here. Theres a school right in the middle of it and they only take care of the streets going there. So when I got "off-trail" lol it gets really bumpy and my bendy tripod just makes things worse lol

I'm thinking we have a new host for Top Gear. Tanner Faust has nothing on you, he does that on a track with no cars, poles and, buildings to worry about.
