Some of you are liars, the rest of you are adults. Burnouts? Really?

Alright alright. No need to go calling people liars. What are you referring to?

The simple fact that one time or another some of us have done a burnout? The fact some people don't know how? Or the fact that "What a bunch of children, goin' a squealin' their tires and makin' noise"

You saying you've NEVER spun the tires in the snow/rain?

I'm sure your words alone will make a few people more irritated than me.

I was referring to all the BS like, "I used to have a corvette and a camaro." Please.

We've all spun the wheels. We're talking about Blazers here, not "my cousin's supercharged CTS-V". My point is that unnecessarily flaunting the power of your 4.3 is wasteful. And you don't look cool dong it. Hell one guy even said the chicks dig it. No, they don't.

I have spun them sure, easily now, sounds great too with the dual exhaust.... but I got the supercharger & intake so I could tow the boat & pass people doing 20 under the limit. It all depends on a persons take, the people they're around, if "it's cool or not". Yes it's a blazer & not a muscle car, hell I had to be on wet roads or turning before to make the tires go faster than the mp/h lol.
But "flaunting the power of a 4.3"? 190 hp isn't that much for a vehicle that weighs that much lol!
What were the camaro & vette comments? <--- they've lit them up, almost for sure!

Maybe not the act of doing a burn out but the way it happens is cool?! The situation around, just to do it... ehhh maybe, but always do it - No, thats just going to cost more in parts & is childish imo, not to mention dangerous. Blazers aren't made for that (mine might be getting close, but I'm still not going to. (OK maybe a couple of times because it has ***** now & to see what it has)
It's no vette, or Hemi or anything like that ~ it's a blazer! SUV, that most are pavement, grocery go-getters. I see them all over, 50 yr old person in a stock blazer/jimmy (usually short lol) driving along in 4wd security & that's fine.

BTW a couple women I know love my blazer & including the new found power, yes it's a blazer, but it's cool!
It's all about who & how they're driving it IMO

<edit> that's my rant, I'm off for beer & poker & btw ~ welcome to the forum keego! - cheers!
