Default 3" body lift

Hi, i would like to put a three inch body lift on my truck and was wondering if I would need any thing else thats not included in this lift?

Summit Racing 7800000 Body Lift Kit 7850300 | eBay

Any problems with this lift?

Thank you

John

my friend did it to his 88 blazer without any problems. he said the 4x4 lever got pulled down quite a bit tho. and you will have to do something to your back bumper unless you want a gap

Bumpers have to be raised. I have offroad bumpers so it was easy.

On my shifter I cut mine and extended it. Used a section of 1/2 inch imc electrical conduit. Used a welding rod for a new rod inside so the push button still worked. It needs A small bend to clear everything after its made longer but it works fine.

ul have to extend ur shifting linkage, drop ur oil filter, and make sure all ur lines under the drivers side dont get stretched. ul also have to extend ur fuel filler neck. and as for ur 4wd shifter, ul have to cut sum of the body from the bottom of the hole where it comes into the cab so u can put it in 4lo. otherwise its ez and needed for an s10....

If your going to do this I suggest putting a piece of steel in between every cab mount and lift block , to distribute the weight a little better . I did the 3 inch body lift to my 94 s10 blazer and all the cab mounts were in real good shape , but they pounded there way through pretty quick .
