Default Body lift.

I am looking into buying myself a little Christmas present with my Christmas bonus from work. I was looking into the Performance Accessories 2" body lift. I was just curiouse on how hard this would be to put on. I am experieced in working on vehicles but I was kind of wondering on how a body lift works. Would I need to put the truck on a lift to put it on or is it possible to be able to do it without one.

It will be going on a 96' S-10 Blazer. Its four door and has four wheel drive.

Thanks alot-

They're not all that hard, just time consuming. You definitely don't need a lift, in fact it'd probably make things more difficult if the truck was on a lift. You basically pull out all the body mount bolts, jack the truck up one side at a time, and put in the 2" spacers. Install the new, longer body mount bolts, and you're done. Of course there are other little things that need to be done, like lowing the fan shroud and oil filter assembly, along with watching the brake lines so they dont' get pinched, putting new bumper brackets on,and adding an extension to the gas filler, but it's really not hard at all.
