im trying to put 31s on it with out touching a lift kit?

but on a serious note, no, no they wont. 30x9.5 = biggest possible tire size without lift on stock rims.

Yes they will fit, but You will only be able to go straight. lol
I belive it's possible with a Tbar crank and a pair of shackles though.
