it would take a lil longer to sas it because of the measuring ud need to do, its not bolt on, but imo its worth it. it would still drive good too.

The ord kit bolts on, its like $500 and they are giving s10forum members a 10% discount.

I made my own brackets and and stuff for under $100 in steel. Hardest part of an sas is all the damn little parts you forget to get.

I appreciate it fellas... A 5" lift is s definite....now I just need to decide what I wanna do...Ifs or sas.... As far as wheels and tires go... Suggestions?

I wanna go 31-33s mud terrains km2s (tires I have now in stock size) with 15x10.5s rims....

Are the stock skid plates good enough? Or should I beef those up too?
Is the speedo calibrator worth it?
And if I do sas I will probably get e-lockers for the diffs

I can see this turning into a project already..

Warthog...do u have a link to the zr2 fender DIY?

once u get an idea in ur head it always becomes a project. but once u get it figured out and get all the stuff ul need itl be ez and worth it. if ur doing a 5" lift id go with 33" tires. the km2 are awesome tires. do what u want, when u want...especially when aired down, they grip like glue. and lockers r a must. i sas mine, running dana44, locked up front and rear, 5:39 gears, 39.5" tires, and the 4.3L. badass lil s10. pics r a must of ur project and good luck

pics go without question....as soon as I get everything ill start taking some pictures and make a new thread....I think im gunna go the BDS...I really don't need a solid axle...im not that hardcore....it for the look more than anything but I want it to be somewhat functional when I do go off road ... shackles and torsion cranking isn't my cup of tea.... I may get a 2" PA body lift here in the next week or so....and when tax money comes in..get the lift kit...

Yeah..I saw it in the tire carrier thread...
I can't see spending 4 or $500 on bushwhackers...
And zr2s look just as good...and a little DIY doesn't bother me
