Default preferences?

Hey, I just got a new tire/rim set up. 18 inch rims with 30 inch pirelli's but now i feel every bump in the road. So main question, for under 200 dollars what are the best shocks to look at, i have been looking at skyjackers and monroe's mostly but hopefully someone knows more than me and can help me out. Thanks

take a look at rough country. i got a set of nitrogen shocks for $140(not including shipping). nice shock, and for the price, can't beat it.

Instead of looking at your shocks... I would be asking about your lift and wheel choices
If you lifted, How?

Anytime you decrease the space between the rim and the tread you remove whats affectionately known as tire sag.
this sword has two edges:
decreased tire sag in turns.... feels like its on rails.
increased "road feel" you will feel ever bump in the road.
this is usually why Street racers will run "Big wheels with thin skins"
but then they shatter rims on a small pothole. (No tire give)

I have the sneaking suspicion that your issue will not be resolved by new shocks.
They primarily control bounce in your suspension.

only reason im saying shocks is because they are stock, 10 years old and blown,my other tires, i feel the bumps butmy tire pressures are much lower.i can grab my brushguard and rock my whole truck like its a rocking chair. and wolf pack i apreciate it i dont know many suspension companies for truck but ill look into it
