No one seems to have answered Q1. Energy makes two kits for the front sway bar, orange and black. The black is self lube graphite empregnated the orange is without lube so is sold with a zerk fitting. The problem is that fitting points down and can get wacked off. I purchased the orange kit and tapped the zirk somewhat beyond the U strap with a 1/16 pipe tap as well as a hole thru the bush itself. A good heads up is that the RATIO between front an rear bar sizes determine the transient handling charistics just as much as shock damp ratios. Installing the urithane on all four corners is a smart move as blazers are prone to drastic understeer and can benifit fron rear bar upgrade more. Both bars are instrumental in successful navigation of an emergency evasive maneuver.

Atleast get rid of the sway bar in the rear, i disconnected mine and it wheels so much better, flex's like a beast and you get way better traction with bolth tires. I hardly notice a difference on roads maybe it sways abit more but it feels cool. Yota and jeep guys would think your crazy if you got swaybar's in the front and rear if you got a stiff *** blazer to beggin with

I will say that I never had a rear on mine and it handled emergency manuvering without a second thought. But with both off I thought I was gonna roll it at less than highway speeds.

Yup Thogert cost a lot more to tow your truck out of a ditch if its upside down. If anyone has a 29 2nd gen rear bar let me know.

I'm not sure what a 29 2nd gen rear bar is exactly but I have a 97 blazer and I'm pretty sure it has one on the back as well as the front
