so my tbars r kinda old and used up. i was thinkin about getting new ones but they r like 200 some dollars for what i've seen. i was wondering would i be able to swap out a pair from a 2nd gen into my 1st gen?

ooh.... you may have me stumped on this one.... I would say, measure them at every possible aspect and make sure they are the same size first. I would think that they are, but don't quote me on that..lol

lol aight well i was just lookin into possibly buyin them if i found a 2nd gen that was gettin parted out w/ lower miles

Shipping might get interesting on a long bar like that!

You could always get a preformance torsion bar from sway-a-way...only $400 or so each

LMC shows 83-94 for the Blazer torsion bar here, no other listing for the 2nd Gens. I would think it would be a matter of measuring and comparing.

LMAO ONLY $400 eh thats only pocket change lol ya thats a lil tooo much lol

i've been talkin to 98forparts and he lives about an hr from me so i'll maybe see if i can check his out and measure em. also does anyone know how to remove the tbars???

Blazin_Jason mention he had some trouble pulling his due to rust in his 350 swap thread. You should check those pics out and maybe shoot him a PM for some info
